Before filling out this form, please read the prospective member document and be aware of the following…
- You must be over 18 years old
- As a panel member you will be required to have Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance…
- this can be arranged after you join us, if you do not already have clearance
- You will be expected to attend our monthly meetings on a regular basis (2nd Thursday of each month 10am – 12:30)
- If you wish to join our panel as one who designs and creates disability aids you should…
- have your own transport
- have workshop facilities
- be available during the day for visits
- be prepared to visit disabled clients in person
- Administrative roles will be required to attend the monthly meeting
- IT roles should have a detailed knowledge of PHP, WordPress and/or Facebook (as an administrator)
